Room Reservations

This request form is to be used by faculty/staff to reserve one of the following spaces:

Students should reserve study s​paces using this Web Application. See: More about Reserving a Group Study Room.

You will receive an e-mail notification whether your request is approved, typically within 24 hours or less. 

  • Reservations for the Sycamore 119, CLC rooms and Willis 136 may generally be made up to 6 months in advance, and duration can be no more than 3 hours long.
  • Reservations for The Forum may be made up to 9 months in advance. 
  • Requests that are more than 7 days in advance or longer than two hours will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

NOTES:

  • The Libraries' online booking system, rooms in the CLC, Sycamore 119, Willis 136, and the 4th floor seminar rooms are managed by Facilities and Systems.
  • The Forum is managed by External Relations.
  • The Media Screening Room is managed by the Media Library.
  • Room requests are processed between 8 am & 6 pm Monday – Friday. Please submit your request during that time if you need to reserve a room for Saturday or Sunday.

CHARGES: Please note that there may be charges associated with using The Forum (Willis 140), depending on what services are needed and what your affiliation status is with the University.

  • CLC110a and CLC110b: 16 people max, presentation computer only.
  • Willis 136: 50 people max, computer lab with workstations for attendees.
  • Willis 140: 120 people with tables, 140 without tables. Various technology options available.
  • Chilton 111C: 50 people max, presentation computer only.
