TracCards

Initial Purchase:

The TracSystem is designed to use your University of North Texas I.D. card as the card of choice to pay for your copies at the library.  If you do not have an I.D. card you may purchase a TracCard to pay for your copies. 

The TracSystem Value Add Station can be used to load money on your I.D. card or to purchase a TracCard. The machine will accept $1, $5, $10, or $20 bills. The initial purchase of a card will cost 60 cents, so for a payment of $1.00 you will receive 4 copies.  If you load $1.00 on your I.D. card you will receive 10 copies.

The TracSystem Value Add Station does not give change. If you have only larger bills, you may want to get change from the change machines or from a source outside the Libraries.

All cards and credits are property and responsibility of the purchaser.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen,  or damaged cards; and refunds cannot be given for money remaining on a card.

TracSystem Value Add Station Location:

The TracSystem Value Add Station is located in the Image Depot on the first floor of Willis Library behind the Reference Desk.

The Photocopy Services Office observes all laws and regulations pertaining to copyright. Patrons using copiers or printing are responsible for any infringements of copyright laws.
