The most important keywords from this statement (when changed to nouns), are:

Limiting to Full-Text Journal Articles

Choose the Advanced Search option and check the full-text box.

Limiting to or Scholarly, Peer-Reviewed Journals 

Check the box, scholarly, peer-reviewed

Limiting by Date

You may also limit your returns by date by putting a date range in the Publication Date or Years box.  This is helpful if you want the most current information on your topic.
