How to Find Books in Libraries outside UNT

Quick start to searching Worldcat

How to Find Books Not Owned by the UNT Libraries

To find books in other libraries you can search Worldcat available from the Electronic Resources menu.  You will need your EUID and Eaglemail Password to authenticate.  You can use many of the same search arguments in Worldcat you use in the UNT Library Catalog such as keyword, author, subject, title, etc.  Each title in the search results contains a link called “Libraries Worldwide.”  Click this to see the libraries that have the item---Texas libraries are listed first.

To order the book from Interlibrary Loan, click “see more details for locating this item.”  Then click UNT Interlibrary Loan.  You will need to set up an ILLiad account to use this feature.
