Searching and browsing
Tips on how to use this package
American Accounting Association Journals are very easy to use via the browse feature. The browse feature is accessed from the blue tab at the top of the screen.
The browse feature provides a listing of the contents of each issue for each title (that has full access).
Searching AAAJ is somewhat different from searching other databases. The search feature provides 2 functions: searching for a certain journal and searching for an article. Both use keyword searching which means you will get several journal titles or several articles titles (depending on which search you use) that contain the keywords you searched.
In order to search by keyword within a journal you must follow the link provided to the journal's home page. This will search the abstracts of journals and provide a list of citations that have articles with the keywords you searched. Then you must use the citation information to find the particular issue in AAAJ.
Another search feature is provided within an article via the control-F find function.
Use this function to search articles in pdf format.
