Research and Instructional Services

The "RIS" department librarians represent a specialty, maintain the Ask Us services and serve as library liaisons for the research, instruction and collection needs of different academic areas on the UNT campus.

Research and Instructional Services includes:

• Reference services guide the UNT community through the world of information, using outstanding customer service, and current technology. Please use our Ask Us services for research assistance.
  
• Instruction services ensure that students obtain critical research skills to facilitate lifelong learning. We offer library instruction for classes, workshops and library tours. To request instruction, fill out the Instruction Session scheduling form.
  

• Check out our monthly Displays that highlight various collections and topics within the library.

• Come to an Alby Reads Book Club Meeting every month a new reading!
