EEBO is a database of full-text .pdf files of original manuscripts and books published in England during the Medieval and Renaissance periods.  Subjects of the collection of original source works includes: fine arts, literature, history, philosophy, theology, music, education, science and math. Search names in this database a little differently than some of the other databases. For example: Julius, Caesar.
Middle English Compendium
The Middle English Compendium is composed of the Middle English Dictionary, and the HyperBibliography of Middle English prose and verse.
Music Index
Classical Music Library
This database consists of streaming audio of music from Medieval to modern times.
Grove Music Online
This database is a good reference for quick, detailed, encyclopedic entries on various music topics, styles and musicians.
