Services and Access:
The Government Documents Department is responsible for the following collections, which are located on the Third Floor of Willis Library.
U.S. Federal Government Documents Collection (PDF)
Texas State Government Documents Collection (PDF)
UNT Map Collection (PDF)
UNT Legal Collection (PDF)
Government Documents Department staff provides assistance when you have questions, need directions, or want advice about finding government, geographic, or legal information. Please visit the Information Desk at these hours, or contact us by phone (940-565-2870) or email.
Government Documents Reserve Materials:
The following services and collections are only available while the Government Documents Information Desk is open:
Maps and Posters Collection
“Classic” LexisNexis, available to UNT students working on class assignments (LexisNexis Academic is available around the clock to anyone with a UNT EUID)

Government Documents Circulation:
Many of the materials in the Government Documents Collections do circulate. If you have questions as to whether or not you are able to check out a government document, do not hesitate to visit the Government Documents Information Desk to ask a staff member. Government documents are checked out on the first floor of Willis Library, just like other items in the Libraries' collection.
