Hidden Records
Template-Features: Hiding or Displaying records
The metadata template allows you to hide or display your record and images on the public interface using the "Hidden" element near the bottom of the metadata template.
-If the "Hidden" box is checked when the record is saved, users will
not have access to the record. Otherwise, users will be able to view
the record.
-With this option, if you are in the middle of
creating a detailed record and cannot finish it during your session,
you may hide the record and save it. The next time you log on you can
finish creating the record, un-check the "Hidden" element, and save it.
