ILI Standards Infobase

ILI Standards Infobase is a database containing over a ? million records describing Commercialized, US Government, and European standards in a bibliography-type format. This database can be used for locating relevant standards and seeing if older standards have been revised. Each record contains the full title of the standard, equivalents and superseded standards, publisher, cost, and summary. Full text for all US Military standards (MIL Specs), US Federal standards (FED Specs), and DoD standards & handbooks is available. All current standards from IEEE are already available from the IEEE Electronic Library.
