Autonom - An automatic IUPAC name generating program from Beilstein is available free from Chemweb.com (you must sign up for a free personal membership first). You will need to install the ISIS/Draw and Chime plug-ins to use Autonom. You draw the structure in ISIS, export it to the web query box, and Autonom will generate a chemical name.
