Access
- Go to http://www.icpsr.umich.edu/icpsrweb/ICPSR/
- You will be taken to the home page of the resource.
- Click on MyDataLogin/Create Account to create a free account.
- Click on Find & Analyze Data to begin your search.
Search
Searching ICPSR can be accomplished in several different ways
- By entering a search term in the textbox and clicking "Search for Data".
- By topic
- By geographic location
- By investigator(the institution(s) conducting the study).
- Browse by series of studies.
- Browse the most recent updates and editions to a study.
Example search:
- Exporting: Studies can be exported as SAS, SPSS, Stata or ASCII files, by clicking the "Quick Download" button . Note that not all formats are available for every study and that an account is required to download.
