How to access databases (for articles) :

• Go to the library homepage, and click on electronic resources:http://irservices.library.unt.edu/
• If you are not sure which sources to consult , please  Ask Us, or use our subject guides  (RSWA Subject Guide).
  

EBSCOhost Databases:

EBSCOhost databases for RHAB: Academic Search Complete (interdisciplinary), Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection, SocINDEX (Sociology) AgeLine, MEDLINE (medical) etc.

 

• Go to the library homepage, and click on electronic resources:http://irservices.library.unt.edu/
  

• From the A-Z list click on the letter of the database you want (Letter A for Academic Search Complete)
  
• Off campus? Enter your EUID and Password.
  
  

  NOTE: To search multiple EBSCO databases together click"Choose databases" above search box

  • This is recommended for this assignment. Some tools will have far fewer articles than others.
  • Optional: Limit to full text and scholarly (peer reviewed) journals to reduce results. 

You can search several databases at once. Try a keyword to subject search. The subject terms are on the left column.

ProQuest Databases:

Research library by ProQuest has resources in addition to competitor, EBSCOhost.

• Go to the electronic Resources page for the letter "R" and click on: Research library (Periodical Abstracts Research II)
  

When searching in ProQuest let the subject terms at the top guide you (for EBSCOhost databases this info is on the left)
