Alternative Art Processes and Artists: Journal Articles
Alternative Art Processes and Artists: Journal Articles
*Many contemporary artists do not yet have books published about them; therefore, the best information can usually be found in journals.
*Search the databases listed below for journal articles on alternative art processes, mediums and artists. If accessing off campus, you will be asked for a username (EUID), and password (username).
*To search for journal articles on artists, type the artist's name in the order of last name, first name. Example: Bleckner, Ross.
*To search for mediums or topics for your art work, enter the concepts separated by the word "and" or use parenthesis. Example: "Web Art", "Fused Glass", "Rain Forests" and "North America", Goldsworthy, Andy and Earthworks.
*If you don't find the full-text journal article in the databases, choose a journal title search in the UNT Libraries Catalog and type the title of the journal in the search box. This search may lead you to more electronic full-text and or paper formats of the journal that you can photocopy. If UNT does not subscribe to the journal you need for your journal article, it can be borrowed from the UNT Libraries borrowing program known as Inter-Library Loan.
