Recent journal articles are best sources for up-to-date research on your topic. *Search the following databases to find journal articles.*Search for the name of the church, mosque, or synagogue. Example: "Hagia Sophia", Alhambra AND Spain *To search names of architects and rulers, search last name, first name. Example: Machuca, Pedro. Search example for a concept: dome AND "sacred geometry".

*If you do not find the full-text journal article in the databases, you will need to search the UNT Online Catalog to determine if UNT subscribes to the journal and to find its location. To do this, choose the "journal title" search option in the UNT Libraries Online Catalog, and type the title of the journal in the search box. *Journal articles in journals not owned by UNT may be borrowed through the UNT Libraries borrowing program known as Inter-Library Loan.
