Submission Criteria

Items in the UNT Scholarly Works collection are submitted by members of the UNT community:

• Faculty and staff are invited to submit their work.
• Students are welcome to submit items that represent professional work including:
• Work associated with thesis or dissertation projects
• Published works
  
• Presentation materials from conferences
  

Submission Guidelines

To submit items to UNT Scholarly Works, please follow these general guidelines:

1.  Send us a copy of your item(s):

• e-mail an attachment to: untrepository@unt.edu
  
• send them in inter-departmental campus mail to UNT Libraries, Digital Projects Unit
• bring them directly to the Digital Projects Lab, Willis Library, room 370

2.  Include some basic information about each item so that we can accurately describe it (explanations of these fields can be found here):

• Your name

• Your department
• Title of the item
• Date item was created/published (if known or relevant)
• Source (if relevant)
  
• Licensing*
• Access*
  

3.  We take care of the rest!

For each item, we check the copyright and permissions, write the descriptive information for you, and upload it to UNT Scholarly Works.

We may contact you about your submission to clarify additional details.
