Hans von Seeckt

Hans von Seeckt  (1866-1936). Innovative tactician; Colonel General and Commander of the German Army in World War I.  His reformation of the army doctrine and tactics in the 1920s would become the foundation for the Wehrmacht and the blitzkrieg tactics of 1939-1940.
