Abstract:  Included in this collection are newspaper and magazine articles, editorials, and pamphlets on racial problems in the South, from the library of the Southern Education Reporting Service. The material  spans the time period from September, 1954 to June, 1968. (The collection also includes miscellaneous records prior to the organization of the reporting service for the time period from May 1954 to July 1954.) Subjects covered include: law, race relations, education, and religion.
