Facsimiles of manuscripts in European archives relating to America, 1773-1783

Abstract: The value of Benjamin Franklin Stevens' collection of American Revolutionary War source material is widely recognized. The Anderson Galleries has called it "one of the most valuable and extensive labours in the entire range of historical literature." The facsimiles were printed in a limited edition of 200, and would be unavailable otherwise.
