About the Media Library rental collection
Many of the nearly 20,000 items in the Media Library collection are available for rental within the United States. You can search our collection online at http://iii.library.unt.edu/search~S6.
Film & Video Collection on Aging
The Film & Video Collection on Aging is a special rental collection that contains over 700 audio-visual titles concerned with different aspects of aging and long-term care, from feature films to clinical programs. All titles are available for rental by your institution for classroom showings or inservice education.

All media materials that are restricted by copyright to “UNT CAMPUS USE ONLY!” may not be loaned off campus.
Rental Requirements
- Requests must come from institutional departments or agencies. We do not rent directly to unaffiliated individuals.
- Cancellations of bookings must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled show date.
- Clients may keep rentals for a period of one week.
- Clients are obligated to return items on time
- Clients must insure each item for the specified amount and ship it via UPS or FedEX ground trac.
- Clients are responsible for damage to material.

We invoice along with each item. We require payment within 60 days of the rental show date. At this time we are not able to accept credit card payments.
