Renewals
Media materials may be renewed one time if:
- The item is not on hold for another patron
- The item is not booked for classroom use
- The item is not overdue
- Equipment (portable DVD player, video game consoles and accessories) is not eligible for renewal.
Requests to renew media items may be made in person, online, or by e-mail or telephone. The patron is responsible for all materials checked out and for any fees incurred.
To renew in person:
You must present a valid UNT ID card.
To renew online:
During the online renewal process, the library patron is responsible for checking the status of checked out items, for confirming the renewal date, and for verifying that all items were actually renewed in the system.
- Go to https://iii.library.unt.edu/patroninfo
- Login using EUID and password.
- Select items and click Renew Marked or use the Renew All option.
- Check Status column for notes to make sure renewals were successful.

Call the Media Library at (940) 565-2480 during regular hours.
To renew by e-mail:
