Renewals
Media materials may be renewed one time if:
- The item is not on hold for another patron
- The item is not booked for classroom use
- The item is not overdue
Requests to renew media items may be made in person, online, or by e-mail or telephone. The patron is responsible for all materials checked out and for any fees incurred.
To renew in person:
You must present a valid UNT ID card.
To renew online:
You must have a PIN number. You may create a PIN number when you access online renewals. During the online renewal process, the library patron is responsible for checking the status of checked out items, for confirming the renewal date, and for verifying that all items were actually renewed in the system.
- Go to http://www.library.unt.edu
- Click on "Renew Your Materials" under the UNT Library Catalog heading.
- Follow login instructions.
- Click on the box View Your Checked Out Items.
- Select and renew materials or click on the Help With Renewals link for more instruction.
- Check Status column to make sure renewals were successful.
