Overdue fees are assessed for all days that materials are overdue regardless of whether or not the Libraries are open.

UNT identification card must be presented to check out or view Media Library materials.

- Faculty can book media materials in advance and request courier delivery and pickup.
- Refer to the Renewal Guidelines to renew media materials.
- Teaching Fellows will automatically be given 3 items/ 3 day checkout privileges. If media materials are needed for teaching purposes, an extension for a 10 item/ 7 day checkout can be request by email, phone (940) 565-2484 or at the Media Library front desk. Requests must be made each time materials are checked out. Teaching Fellows do receive fines on overdue materials.
- TWU Faculty must set up a UNT Library account with Willis Library Circulation before checking out media materials.
