The Library Services Desk provides a number of public services for Willis Library:
- Checking out Materials from the General, Government Documents, Juvenile, and CMC Collections.
- Checking out Reserves and placing items on General Reserves (Humanities).
- Reserving graduate reserve carrels.
- Retrieve Interlibrary Loan requests.
- Returning items.
- Paying fines/fees, and clearing blocks.
- Issuance of Courtesy, TexShare, and OCLC cards.
- Locating missing items on the shelves.
- Pickup of materials requested for delivery from other locations.
- Reference assistance.
24 Center

Welcome to the 24 Hour Student Computing Center @ the Library: a member of the General Access Computer Lab System.
The 24 Center is the only lab that operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week during long semesters.
As part of the UNT General Access Computer Lab System, our primary goal is to provide computing services to the UNT community and to facilitate the academic pursuits of UNT students with their computing needs. Our lab follows the guidelines outlined in the UNT General Access Computer Labs' Policies and Procedures.
24 Center DeskThe 24 Center Desk, is located directly inside the main entrance to Willis Library. The desk is staffed at all open hours and handles:
- Laptop Checkouts
- Workstation support for General Access Computer Lab Workstations
- Directions
- Lost & Found
- Security
- and other services related to facilities & systems
Cyber Cafe
Location: Willis Library: 1st Floor, Room 138Today's Hours: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
Come to enjoy a latte, and say goodbye to the "No Food, No Drink" signs in the Willis Library.
The Cyber Cafe offers comfortable chairs and tables for lounging and computers to check e-mail and surf the web.
Our menu includes coffee, tea, soft drinks and bakery.
Government Documents Service Desk
