Introduction to Graduate Research
These workshops are open to any graduate students, and will include:
* Hands-on experience with some of the general journal databases which contain many full-text scholarly articles;
* Digital Dissertations, the major database for searching dissertations;
* Interlibrary loan;
* Setting up journal alerts within a database.
The workshops will take place in the Willis Library Learning Center (W 136), immediately to the left as you enter the Library doors (not the General Access Lab). They will last approximately 1.5 - 2 hours.

RefWorks
Do you need some organization to your research? Do you want to learn how to craft bibliography and reference pages with a few clicks of a button? Let RefWorks work for you! This workshop will show you the benefits of using RefWorks citation management software throughout the research process, including importing citations from electronic databases and bibliographic composition in the most common writing styles (e.g., APA, MLA, etc.)
