LibQUAL+(TM) Opportunities for Improvement
The following tables show the top five opportunities for improvement in the UNT Libraries as identified by faculty, graduate students, and undergraduates. The items focus on two areas: library resources, especially electronic resources, and library facilities. Faculty focus is entirely on electronic resources and access to them. Students at both the graduate and undergraduate level split their concerns between access to resources and the library buildings themselves. These items were established by determining which aspects of the services, spaces, and collections provided by UNT Libraries have the greatest gap between what users experience and what they want.
