The Presidentís March 3, 1998 memorandum on "Conducting Conversations with America" requires that we report every two months to the National Partnership for Reinventing Government (NPR) any upcoming events where we plan to engage Americans in conversations about improving government service. During May-June 1999, OCA responded to 943 constituents contacts. The top areas of consumer complaints were banking and credit, automobiles, and telecommunications.
