FAA Management: To prevent aviation gridlock and congestion soon after the turn of the century, the commission calls for a dramatic overhaul of the Federal Aviation Administration's management and funding. ***WHEN: Thursday, December 11, 1997 3:30PM. ***WHERE: THE MADISON HOTEL, DRAWING ROOMS 3 & 4 1177 15th Street, NW (at M Street), Washington, DC ***PARTICIPANTS: SECRETARY RODNEY SLATER, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION ADMINISTRATOR JANE GARVEY, FAA Commission Chairman Norman Y.
