The Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations (ACIR) was an independent, bipartisan intergovernmental agency established by Public Law 86-380 in 1959. The ACIR Library is composed of publications that study the interactions between different levels of government.

The A-to-Z Digitization Project encompasses pre-1960 government documents, scanned in alphabetical call number order (in progress). We are digitizing them alphabetically, starting with the call number A, which includes agricultural documents.

This collection includes publications of the United States Department of Agriculture Office of Experiment Stations, which consists of Experiment Station Records, Indexes, and Annual Reports.
World War I & II Posters
The World War Poster Collection consists of over 700 original World War I and World War II posters. The collection is particularly strong in World War I French and American posters, and World War II American "home front" posters.

Office of Technology Assessment Archive
The Office of Technology Assessment operated from 1972 to 1995. OTA provided Congressional members and committees with analyses of the scientific and technological issues that were increasingly relevant to public policy and legislative action. This collection includes formally issued reports as well as internal documents.
