- Texas County Information Project
- Central clearinghouse for county-related information. Partnerships with the U.S. Census Bureau, the Texas State Data Center, and other agencies provide much of the raw data, which CIP then turns into comprehensible information. A large part of this information is available on TAC’s Web site (Basic Data). The CIP can also prepare custom reports and maps at the request of county officials, the legislature, state and federal agencies, and individuals.

The Texas State Data Center (SDC), in cooperation with a network of affiliates, functions as a focal point for the distribution of Texas demographic, economic, and social statistics
produced by the U.S. Census Bureau. The Center also disseminates population
estimates and projections for Texas, as well as other information from
the federal government, state government, and other sources. The SDC provides training and technical assistance in accessing
and using Census Bureau data for research, administration, planning and
decision making by local governments, the business community, and other
interested data users.

- Up-to-date
state and county level agricultural data from the National Agricultural Statistics Service. Includes fact
sheets, census data, interactive maps, publications, and news releases.
- Texas Business and Industry Data Center
- The Texas Business Industry and Data Center (BIDC) program is an initiative of the U.S. Census Bureau to make economic data and statistics more widely available at the state and local levels. The Texas BIDC Web site content is driven by the needs of the Office of the Governor’s Economic Development team, state and national economic development professionals, and other external customers. The Web site currently contains value-enhanced content such as the Texas Industry Portfolio and selected Texas industry reports as well as more than 3,000 links to primary data sources.
- Texas Center for Border Enterprise and Economic Development
- The Data Center includes U.S. Census Data, Texas Census Data, and data on U.S. Exports and Imports, Border Crossings, and Regional Indicators. The Center Publications may have other statistics. The Texas Center is an affiliate of the Texas Business and Industry Data Center (BIDC).
