Intute

Intute is a free online service, highlighting the very best web resources for education and research. Content is organized into four subject-specific databases, Science and Technology, Arts and Humanities, Social Sciences, and Health and Life Sciences; the databases can be searched singly or in combination. All resources have been evaluated for quality and relevance by subject specialists and professionals from the Intute consortium of seven universities in the United Kingdom. Search results include website reviews, with review dates. Links open in a separate browser window. The Science and Technology database was created from three previous databases, EEVL (Engineering, Mathematics and Computing), GEsource (Geography and Environment), and PSIgate (Physical Sciences.)
