Have you ever wondered what it takes to turn your research into an award-winning academic poster? In this workshop, topics include idea conception, design, software selection, data visualization, poster logistics, printing, and funding, as well as information on increasing the impact of your academic poster and research work.

Attendance at the follow-up Data Visualization and Poster Design Hands-On Workshop on February 6, 2015 will be very helpful, but is not required.
