Abstract
By adhering to Web standards, you can create a Web site that will be more accessible to special needs audiences, better indexed by search engines/agents/aggregators, and easy to modify. When designing a page, separate it into discrete layers that address behavior, style, structure, view logic, general business logic, storage, and data. This presentation discusses design considerations and shows how to use HTML and related tools to code effective Web pages.
