Ballard, Emeral Garrett (1912-1991)
Dr. E. G. Ballard was a North Texas professor of English. a member of the 46th Engineers, U. S. Army, in the Pacific Theater
during World War II. The letters pertain to recreation, religious,and
medical topics. Also included in this collection are family papers
(1845-1973) of members of the Buell and Allen families concerning
letters before and during the Civil War, World War I, World War II, as
well as land grants, a will, and an application for U. S. patent. The
collection includes correspondence, legal documents, and photographic
prints. It is housed in 3
