KNTU: Founded 1969

   KNTU Station Employee at Work

This undated photograph shows a student working in the KNTU studio.

In honor of KNTU's 40th Anniversary, the Archives is displaying a pictorial exhibit to show the early years that have shaped the station into what it is today. The expansion of the Radio, Television, and Film program in the sixties guided the proposal and eventual creation of a radio station that would allow students majoring in radio/television announcing to gain valuable experience in their field. The exhibit is located in the Willis Library on the fourth floor outside of the Archives (room 430).
